Perspective Through Childhood
The phrase “same old, same old” seems daunting to me as it may feel as if life is running through with boredom. However, I came across a fascination with how children have very different perspectives than the older. Pure-hearted, they find a way to feel joy with almost anything, even something that we may find insignificant. This series evolved around perception and how I would view certain settings as my kid self. Instead of looking at certain buildings and setting with the naked eye, I used a filter of my imagination. Trying to express my young self, I aspired to illustrate my thoughts and daydreams.
